This beachcombing happy monster is the greatest surfer of 'em all. You can almost hear Fred Flypogger as the Flip Out yell "Soif's Up!" This surfing cat with the sunbleached hair, complete with his board, cut-off Levi's and canned surf, stands 6 1/2 inches high on the sand pad.
